WOBBLY TYPE
1.
Open a new image with a black background and put your white type on it.

Duplicate your type layer and render it.
Apply Filter/ Pixelate/ Fragment
2 or 3
times.

Next we go to Edit/Free Transform and make the effect layer
a bit
larger. Only a bit (!) and be sure to center it afterwards!
4.
Now let's activate the original type layer and set it's opacity to about 35%.
Well... looks good to me :-)
-especially on larger image sizes-
Ready if you don't want any colour in it!

You can change the colour of the wobbly layer (and the type layer) by using image-adjust-hue/satursation > check the "colorize" box.
...seems to be perfect for walls...
